I had a service repair done on my leaking refrigerator. I had previously called sears and they wanted to charge $700 due to where my fridge is located, however, Jordan’s quote was $200 and the location of the fridge was not an issue for him. He showed up 15 mins prior to the scheduled appointment time which was awesome. It needed a Start Relay and new Capacitor which he had on hand. He was so polite and professional. I highly recommend him for any job! If I have any issues, I’m definitely having him as my first call.

Jordan arrived promptly at the time stated. Quickly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator/freezer. I appreciate that he explained what he was doing and gave me the basics why he was doing certain things. He had the parts on the truck and completed the repair inside of an hour. I will call Puget Sound Appliance again.
My refrigerator was making noise and not keeping cold. Found Puget Sound Appliance Tech online. Called them at 11:00 and had an appointment set for 2:00 pm the same day. Jorden figured out what was wrong in about 15 minutes. He did not have the right part with him, so he drove to his other location, came back and fixed the problem by 5:00 pm! Great work for a fair price. Thanks, Jordan.
