Absolutely wonderful and professional from start to finish. I received a prompt call back to schedule my service appointment, and the technicians arrived on time. They introduced themselves and immediately put on shoe covers. We had them out to look at two separate issues - the oven not heating and the ice maker arm not functioning properly. They quickly and thoroughly assessed both, explained the situation clearly, and provided a very reasonable written quote. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. I should note that we used this same company about 7 or 8 years ago for a different issue, and I'm pretty sure it was the same two technicians who came back today. I think employee retention in this field really says something. Both times we have used Puget Sound Appliance I have had a very strong sense of confidence that this is a company that prides themselves on honest work and a job well done. Highly recommend!

These guys were GREAT! Showed up on time, diagnosed the issues quickly, knew what the repair needed, had the part and they were done in an hour! Plus clean the coils and the outside of the Sub-zero! Excellent work! Kudos to Rudy and Jordon! Thanks for servicing my Ferrari !

Technicians diagnosed the washing machine main issue and replaced part (pump motor) unfortunately old pump motor caused circuit board issues. I was only charged for service call, they moved washer to garage and cleaned up.
Recommended new washer brand and answered all my questions. Excellent technicians and very fair pricing.

Jordan was fantastic and, if you’ve been thinking about getting a dryer or another appliance fixed, I would highly recommend using them. The service was top-notch (same day fix and it needed parts) and prices were better than I expected.

Excellent work fixing my dryer. It turned out to be pricey because the part was expensive but the communication ahead of the technician visit made it easier to accept. Bottom line is we can do laundry again!

Great reliable company. Was able to book online and they showed up the following morning to inspect my broken washer. Truly professional! These technicians were knowledgeable, kind, and willing to help when it became clear our machine could not be repaired due to a motor failure. They offered to provide documentation and even speak to our manufacturer about warranty because our machine is less than 2 years old. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!

The team of technicians that arrived at my house were friendly and informative. They were able to diagnose my issue quickly and returned with a new part to repair my machine just a few days later. Was honestly surprised, as appliance technicians and shops seems to have less than glowing reputations- but Puget Sound Appliance techs were professional, knowledgeable, kind and fairly priced.

We had incredible service a few months ago for a repair on our dryer and the technicians were fantastic, prompt, and knowledgeable. After they left, I even recommended them to neighbors. After using the dryer the next day, we noticed our dryer still won't heat well and takes multiple cycles to dry clothes (exact problem as before). I have called the company and left four voicemails and cannot get a call back. Is this business still open? If so, we had great service but the repair (which was very costly) has not fixed the problem on our dryer which is still only five years old. Please contact me, we are happy to give you an opportunity to come and repair the dryer (again) but concerned because it appears your business has closed or you're not responding to calls.
