How We Got Started
Puget Sound Appliance Tech was founded in 2013 by Jordan Lee, who started his appliance repair career at Sears back in 2008. After years of working in big-box retail environments, Jordan saw an opportunity to do things differently — he wanted to build a local repair team that prioritized honest service, skilled craftsmanship, and lasting relationships with customers, not shortcuts or upselling.
What began as a one-person operation has grown into a trusted team of skilled technicians serving homeowners and businesses throughout the Seattle-Tacoma region. But even as we’ve grown, our commitment to doing the job right the first time has never changed.

Jordan started his appliance repair career at Sears in 2008, where he learned the fundamentals of appliance diagnostics and repair. After founding Puget Sound Appliance Tech in 2013, he’s built a reputation for honest service and expert repairs. His approach is straightforward: listen to the customer, diagnose the problem accurately, and fix it right the first time.
Our team includes 2 experienced technicians who share Jordan’s commitment to quality, plus 2 office staff members who keep everything running smoothly. Every member of our team is trained to treat your home with respect and your appliances with care.

Jordan leads our service team and personally trains every technician who wears the Puget Sound Appliance Tech badge. With over 15 years in the field and factory training on Sub-Zero, Wolf, Thermador, Viking, and Dacor, he’s the technician we send when the repair needs to be right the first time.
