Our flat rate service charge means that if your repair requires multiple trips or extended hours to resolve, you won’t pay any extra. We are so confident in the quality of our service that we guarantee our labor for 90 days. Most of our customers work during the day, so we understand when evening service hours are needed, and we don’t charge any extra to provide you with quality evening solutions. We answer our phones between 8:00 am and 9:00 pm from Sunday to Thursday and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Friday. We hold EPA HVAC type 1 certification for sealed system repairs (refrigerator/freezer compressor repair).
